Event Overview

In the age of information overload, 24/7 technology and social media as well as a highly competitive employment market, it can be challenging to strike positive lifestyle habits. However, there is a real shift in society towards adopting a healthier lifestyle whether that be through a shift in diet, exercising more, less screen time or improved self-care to name a few. This talk will touch on why your wellbeing is important and how you can make small, sustainable changes to promote a more positive mind and body.

This session is ideal for young, ambitious professionals who wish to know more about living a healthy, balanced lifestyle which prioritises physical and mental health.
