Amber is a student and graduate engagement manager at the University of Derby. Her role is to increase student engagement with the careers and employment service, and she is responsible for the creation and delivery of activity, campaigns and content to engage students and increase participation with the service, which ultimately has a positive impact on graduate outcomes.

Amber has recently completed the CMI Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), gaining a management and leadership qualification alongside skills which can be applied directly in the workplace.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys running and walking, especially with her dog Bailey.
