This category recognises those aged between 18 and 35, working towards/completed their apprenticeship and/or T Level qualification. The award acknowledges a young person’s exceptional contribution to their workplace. This award category can be entered by individuals, or a company can complete the entry on behalf of an employee.

  • An apprentice who deserves recognition for the impact they have had on the workplace 
  • An apprentice who has gone above and beyond the role assigned to them 
  • An apprentice who can demonstrate their positive impact on a project
