Customer Service Award

This award celebrates those who dedicate themselves to helping customers. They will demonstrate a passion for continually improving customer service, exceeding expectations, and reacting appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction. Entrants must also demonstrate excellence in creating solutions when dealing with changing needs and complex challenges. 

Who is the award for?  

  • Young workers who excel in customer-facing roles 
  • Employees able to demonstrate how they have overcome challenges to exceed customer expectations 
  • A young worker who can demonstrate how they have followed – and in some cases exceeded – their workplace’s customer service strategy
