This award recognises individuals that are dedicated to continuously improving customer service, exceeding expectations, and reacting appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction. Entrants must also demonstrate excellence in resolving conflicts when faced with challenges.
Young professionals and entrepreneurs wishing to put themselves forward for the Generation Next Awards must be aged between 18 and 35. Entries can also be submitted on behalf of an individual by a colleague or line manager.
