This award recognises 18–35-year-olds who can demonstrate they deliver industry-leading standards of service, give evidence on how they exceed customer expectation, and the impact of their customer experience on business performance.

  • Employees able to demonstrate how they have overcome challenges to exceed customer expectations 
  • A young worker who can demonstrate how they have followed – and in some cases exceeded – their workplace’s customer service strategy
