Event Overview

The Generation Next Awards ceremony celebrates the outstanding achievements of young professionals within our community.

This year, we're returning to Bustler Market in Derby, for an awards ceremony like no other - where you can sample street food, craft beer and cocktails, and experience live music while catching up with your peers in Bustler's lively beer garden.

Held in conjunction with the Generation Next partners, including the University of Derby as our headline partner, 12 category winners will be awarded on the evening. Our categories are designed to celebrate a range of people at all stages of the career ladder - from apprentices to executives; rising stars and business owners.

Not your typical awards ceremony

For our awards ceremony this year, we are throwing a party to celebrate the achievements and contributions made by young professionals working in the East Midlands every day.

We have opened the event up to everyone outside our member community, and we encourage people from across our region to join the celebration and make new connections.

Bustler Market will provide a relaxed environment for you to catch up with colleagues and connections while listening to live music in the beer garden.

Included in your ticket price, you will also get the chance to sample delicious street food from Bustler’s vendors, and get the chance to compete with your friends on the arcade games.

So join one of the biggest celebrations of young talent in the East Midlands, and help us cheer on the nominees.
