Event Overview

The Generation Next Awards celebrate young talent from across the East Midlands business community.

For our awards ceremony this year, we are running a live event at The Chocolate Factory in Derby, to recognise young professionals and business leaders aged under 35 from across the region.

Held in conjunction with the Generation Next partners, including the University of Derby as our headline partner, 10 category winners will be awarded on the evening. Our categories are designed to celebrate a range of people at all stages of the career ladder - from apprentices to executives; managers and business owners.

The first 50 early bird tickets are now on sale.

What to expect

Here at Generation Next, we want to equip our members with the best experiences and opportunities to take with them throughout their careers.

So for our awards ceremony this year, we are throwing a party to celebrate the achievements and contributions made by young professionals working in the East Midlands every day.

We have opened the event up to everyone outside our member community, and we encourage people from across our region to join the celebration and make new connections.

Bustler Market will provide a relaxed environment for you to catch up with colleagues and connections, as well as allowing you to sample the fantastic street food and live music – and don’t forget the after party once the ceremony has ended!

So join one of the biggest celebrations of young talent in the East Midlands, and help us cheer on the nominees.

The first 50 tickets are available at the early bird rate at £60+VAT for Generation Next members and £70+VAT for non-members.

General admission is priced at £65+VAT for members and £75+VAT for non-members. A 5% discount will be applied on the purchase of five or more tickets.
