Event Overview

Research has shown that 90% of managers squander their time in all sorts of ways at work and only 10% spend their time in a committed, purposeful, and reflective manner (Harvard Business Review).

To help you get started on making sure you are one of the 10%, at this session we will be looking at performance management - ensuring everyone is clear about their own goals and expectations at work.
