Futures Housing Group is an East Midlands based housing association providing over 10,300 affordable homes.

We’re a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2007 after the coming together of Amber Valley Housing and Daventry District Housing.

Our biggest priority is to provide safe, comfortable and affordable homes and we do this by working together with local authorities, developers, contractors and our customers.

We’re more than just a landlord and are there to help our customers through a range of services, to ensure they live well and independently. From support with their tenancy, to money and employment advice to providing extra support for those we need it.

Our customers are spread across the East Midlands from Derbyshire down to Daventry. We’re passionate about supporting the communities where our customers live so we work closely with many community groups and organisations, as we know what goes on in and around our customers’ homes can have a big impact on people.

Our colleagues play a crucial role in making Futures what it is, and with over 350 of Team Futures we were so proud to be awarded the coveted Investors in People Platinum award in 2021.
