Isabella is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, First Class Law graduate, Loughborough University postgraduate and Level 7 CIPD qualified.

She is currently the Human Resources Lead at HelloFresh in Derby, managing a strong department which strives to provide solid, customer centric support/advice for both employees and management. She has an eager interest in employment law, workplace culture, employment engagement and motivation theories.

Isabella is keen to support Generation Next and promote young professionals in the East Midlands.

Isabella’s main interests include women’s football, going to the gym, art and design.
