Joshua Leach-Aslam, General Manager at Ocean King Ltd joined the Food Sector in 2016 after a successful career in the British Army. Joshua joined his sector as a novice and has grown to be a respected member of the industry, recognised in many organisations as “The General” for his ability to quickly level up organisations.  

Joshua specialises in creating growth for business. He has created a blueprint for his methods that he now shares across the industry and throughout his network. As a General Manager of an organisation, it’s Joshua’s role to translate the vision of its directors and develop and implement strategies for it to be a thriving success. Joshua’s goal at Ocean King Ltd is to Develop Opportunities and Enrich Lives of all those that walk through its doors whilst leading the business to the forefront of the industry
