The employability services team supports the employability and future graduate outcomes of NTU students. This includes the employer engagement team who build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with businesses in local, national and global marketplaces. We are committed to supporting employers to create talent pipelines by offering solutions to their recruitment needs while developing opportunities for our students to engage with these employers during their studies and beyond.
Our mission is to develop sustainable relationships with our employers, sharing our understanding of what early careers talent want and how to become a graduate employer of choice. Like all universities, we help employers connect and engage with students and graduates. However, at NTU we also support employers to attract, select and retain that talent.
