Rikan is one of the current directors at Business 2 Business – which aims to support customer needs, upskilling, and address barriers to employment. They have positively changed the lives of thousands of individuals and have core values which are at the centre of everything they do. Rikan has worked across various disciplines including marketing, IT and innovation, sales, HR, finance and general management.

Rikan graduated in law from the London School of Economics and later completed his masters at Imperial College Business School. He further completed studies at Cambridge University before joining Business 2 Business.

He is delighted to be joining the board of Generation Next and contributing towards its’ success.

In his spare time, Rikan likes enjoys football, travelling, using his VR headset, and supporting charities.
