Ruby is Project Manager at a full-service agency, Purpose Media, where she manages the schedules, scope, cost and resources for projects and retainers. She began her career as a Digital Project Apprentice in 2021, and in 2022, on completing her apprenticeship with Distinction, she transitioned into the Project Manager role.

She began working with Generation Next in 2022 after winning the Apprentice of the Year Award. Since, she has worked closely with Daniel Nikolla and Katie Gilbert to promote apprenticeships in the region, something she is very passionate about.

Outside of work, Ruby loves live music and regularly goes to gigs, she is a rock climber and spends her spare time in the countryside walking with her dog.
