Verity has been working in the charitable sector for over three years, having made the move from corporate events and membership. She currently works as Head of Fundraising and Events at Base 51, a youth charity in Nottingham, where she runs corporate, community and individual giving, as well as organising fundraising events for the charity. Previously working in Leicester, over the last year, Verity has been making connections and networking with charities, businesses and individuals.

Verity is looking forward to being a part of Generation Next and encouraging charities to take advantage of the great benefits that come with being a member!

Outside of work, Verity loves to eat pasta and travel, in her 20s she went to South America for 6 months and Southeast Asia for 3 months.
