Here at Generation Next, we aim to create comfortable environments for young professionals to connect with likeminded peers and build new business contacts, wherever they are on their business journey. So we've joined forces with and Creative Coffee Leicester to bring you… Creative Cocktails at Manhattan 34. An evening of networking while sipping on cocktails and mocktails created for our event and kindly discounted by Manhattan 34. We’ll hear from our guest speakers, Lee Tomes, creative director at Orange Fox Studios and Daniel Nikolla, marketing manager at Hardy Signs. Lee and Daniel will be talking about celebrating success and how winning an East Midlands Chamber award has impacted their lives. We will also have music and snacks, and all attendees can enjoy a bottle of beer, glass of prosecco or soft drink.

Generation Next members are invited to join Creative Coffee, a Leicester-based networking group for people in the creative industry, for its latest online meet-up. The group is welcoming Grace Warwick back to talk with about positive mental health and creating a space to rest in this January.

To mark the launch of the Generation Next mentoring scheme, the University of Derby is hosting a panel event to talk about making the most of a mentoring experience. Featuring previous mentors and mentees that have been involved in the University’s Careers and Employment Service Employer Mentoring Scheme, this panel will give Gen Next members an opportunity to hear about their stories, ask questions and find out about the panel’s hints and tips to make the most out of a mentoring relationship.

During the pandemic it has been delivering Roundtable events through Microsoft Teams.
